ACTIVE RETAILERS
We currently have more than 1000 retailers using our Virtual Product Warehouse to source products and get data feeds. All retailers & traders are offered free access to Virtual Product Warehouse, so we are hoping that active retailers will continue to grow strongly.
Suppliers get the opportunity to market their products via our Virtual Product Warehouse sales website and our marketing team are always keen to promote products via our weekly product update emails & social posts, but we do not release mailing lists directly to ensure our users do not get bombarded by emails.
The key advantage of the Virtual Product Warehouse to our retail network is the range of product available in a single consistent format, that can be ordered using the same integration – helping them increase choice but with no extra technical work.

How It All Works
Suppliers upload on demand products to the Virtual Product Warehouse
Retailers search the Virtual Product Warehouse to find new products
Retailers download feeds for their chosen products or collects details using our APIs
Once products are ordered on the retailer website Gateway OMS collects the orders aso they can be delivered automatically to the supplier
Gateway OMS generates appropriate artwork and despatch documents for suppliers
Once order has been produced and despatched Supplier updates Gateway OMS
Gateway OMS then updates retailer using the same method for all orders
